I lived at Junction Landing from June 2020 until November 2021. I remember moving in as one of the first residents in this new building. I have to say this was one of my favorite places to live in Seattle! I lived in the work/live apartment on the street level. Interiors were great, very nice appliances, and air conditioning. I have to say what made the place so lovely was the leasing manager, Dana. Dana honestly cares for the residents and the building. The building was very clean and quiet!

I love the rooftop terrace with great 360 degree views of the mountains. The apartment is very nice, lots of storage space, my only complaint is I wish there was more counter top space while cooking. Appliances are all great. Other people who live on my same floor are very respectful and quiet. Sounds don't carry through the walls. Would've easily re-signed my lease but I had to move to a different state for a new job.

My favorite apartment! The neighborhood is ideal, less than a black away from the lively Junction, yet it's very quiet even on the weekends. I felt very safe while living here and taking my dog for walks. The building is very pet friendly, with a long dog run on the roof and pet washing station. The views from the roof are unbelievable. Probably one of the best sunset views in Seattle. I had a relatively small apartment, but was able to do a lot with the space because of the layout!
